TSL Turton are coil spring and anti-roll bar manufacturers.
Turton provide high specification springs including compression, extension, torsion, anti-roll bars and volute springs, manufactured to order for specialist requirements within industries such as automotive, mining, rail, oil & gas, agriculture and aerospace.
For the rail industry the company manufacture such products as primary and secondary bogie suspension springs along with buffer springs, anti-roll and torsion bar assemblies. They can offer either new build manufacture or the refurbishment of used parts.
TSL Turton is registered to ISO 9001-2008 and with in-house testing facilities can guarantee high quality. Procedures include regular sub-contracted testing, lock down testing, load testing up to 100 tons, surface finishing, surface crack detection, fatigue testing, and salt spray corrosion testing.
